Dr Singh is board certified in gastroenterology. He received his training from UCSF Fresno with additional training in management of inflammatory bowel disease, therapeutic endoscopy and gastrointestinal motility disorder. He is responsible for settling up GI motility services including anorectal manometry at Community Regional Medical centers. He was one of the core faculty members responsible for training both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology trainees at UCSF Fresno medical education program. He has received specialized training in GI tract Motility and is the only trained person in Anorectal/High resolution manometry in the entire Central Valley.

His areas of interest besides General Gastroenterology include pancreato-biliary endoscopy, inflammatory bowel disease and complex GI tract motility disorders.

He is a member of American Gastroenterology Association (AGA), American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) and American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE).
